RAY-BAR LEAD LINED SOLID CORE WOOD DOORS are manufactured to National Woodworking standards, constructed with the finest solid cores, select edging and hand-picked high-quality face veneers currently available. Standard Ray-Bar "In-Stock" veneers are: Rotary Cut Natural Birch or Select White Birch, Plain Sliced White Maple, Plain Sliced Red Oak, Plain Sliced White Oak, Hardboard (AKA Masonite), Rotary Cut Mahogany, Legacy Walnut, Legacy Oak, Mendocino Oak, and all currently produced plastic laminates such as Wilsonart, Formica, Nevamar or Pionite are available for prompt fabrication, crating and land-air-sea delivery over the entire United States and world-wide.

Ray-Bar Lead lined solid core wood veneer doors are available non-rated and up to 20 minute fire-rated.

Lead Lining of Hollow Metal Door Frames available installed in frames or in preformed kits. Line inside of frames with single unpierced strip of sheet lead of not less than same thickness as doors and walls in which installed. Form lead shields around areas prepared to receive hardware. Fabricate lead lining wide enough to maintain an effective overlap with lead adjoining shielding units.

RAY-BAR LEAD LINED HOLLOW METAL DOORS are made from premium Hot Dipped, JetCoat or PaintLock Galvanized Steel in 18, 16 and 14 gauge steel conforming to ASTM A527, coating Classification ZF001 with no visible seams on faces or edges. Lead Lined Hollow Metal Doors are primed as "ready to paint" or supplied with plastic laminate on faces. Available non-rated, or with UL fire-ratings up to 90-minute ("B" label) and up to 3-HOUR fire-rating ("A" label) all with Hosestream test ("S") designation. Available with or without Lead Lined Vision Lite Frames with Impact Resistant X-Ray Safety Glass or fire-rated Lead Lined Vision Lite Frames with X-Ray Safety Glass/Ceramic Fire-Resistant Glazing. RAY-BAR NEUTRON SHIELDED LINEAR ACCELERATOR DOORS, manufactured Lead Lined and/or Borated Polyethylene (BPE) filled cores with steel faces and edges, to customer specifications for over thirty years.
