The 3100 Pedestrian Sliding Gate System is fully assembled at the factory and shipped to the project site ready for installation. LOCK FUNCTION:

The 3100 system mechanically deadlocks the gate panel in both the open and closed position at two points.

GATE STATUS:

SWING GATE SYSTEMS - CORRECTIONAL OR COMMERCIAL FACILITIES:

Tymetal’s pedestrian swing gate systems are manufactured to meet the demanding regimen of correctional facilities and to allow gatekeepers the safe, secure movement of inmates. The 2150 swing gate has also been modified for industrial/commercial use, with a variety of panel fillers, lock options and finishes available. For all Tymetal Corp. swing gates, the controlled swinging motion assures continual lock alignment with minimal maintenance requirements. The gates are fully assembled and hung at the factory to verify lock alignment and insure a fast trouble free installation. Note that UL 325 guidelines prohibit the use of automatic vehicle gates by pedestrians – separate access is to be provided.
