WHY THE FORTRESS POSITIVE LOCKING ULTIMATE SALLYPORT SYSTEM IS THE BEST ON THE MARKET SECURE: Unlike solenoid systems, Tymetal’s PLUSS System provides keyless three-point positive locking, making it impossible to open the gate except by electrical operation or emergency hand cranking. ACCESSIBLE: The entire motor unit of the PLUSS operator is located where it should be ... at ground level. Should the unit need to be manually operated, the direct drive system is located safely away from the gate opening. RELIABLE: Each wheel of the truck trolley in Tymetal’s PLUSS gate is machined out of a solid block of stainless steel and is provided with two sealed ball bearings. The gate is powered by solid drive connections to all three truck trolleys (2 wheels in each trolley). By using the rack-and-pinion concept, roller chain requirements are reduced by 50%. VERSATILE: The PLUSS operator is available in a hot-dipped galvanized finish. Tymetal provides a wide variety of full electrical consoles, including those required for remote applications and multiple gate interlock situations. the event of an emergency or power failure, the operator may be unlocked with
our paracentric key and hand cranked. As is the case with all PLUSS Correctional
Series Operators, gear ratios are set so that the door easily moves in synch
with any manual cranking. BI-PARTING PLUSS Tymetal Bi-Parting Gate Operators are ideal for confined areas where construction space is limited. Consider this device to secure gates with openings up to 20’ wide in all levels of security applications. The Bi-Parting PLUSS features a fully-enclosed positive drive assembly with a keyless three-point mechanical lock that provides protection from possible tampering and inclement weather conditions. The locking column, located in the center of the gate, unlocks and opens chain-link
sliding gate panels or solid steel doors from a set of remote "open-close-stop"
push buttons. Tymetal’s Manual Crank PLUSS Operator is rated for minimum to maximum
security levels to control overhead chain-link sliding gate panels in openings
up to 30’ wide. Tymetal’s Crank Handle Housing is totally enclosed.
Virtually impenetrable 10-gauge galvanized steel construction protects the
crank
handle and chain drive from the elements. Our prison deadbolt lock, opened
only with a paracentric key, provides added security. Operation of the system
may be designed to function from either the ingress or egress side … or
