General Info

Trim-Tex Corner Beads are made from Rigid PVC allowing your corners to last beyond the lifetime of the building. Our newest corner beads featured here have a patented I Beam design that creates a more rigid bead while finishing to the sharpest, crispest outside corner available in a plastic corner bead. Rigid beads are not covered with paper, a potential food source for mold, are more durable than metal beads and will never rust. Trim-Tex beads are available in two styles, mechanically fastened and mud set, the two most common methods of installing corner beads. This ensures there will be qualified contractors in your area to install Trim-Tex beads.

Rigid Corner Bead is designed to be installed with nails, Trim-Tex 847 Spray Adhesive or both. The I Beam design creates a sharp distinctive outside corner that is easy to install and creates crisp paint transitions. Available in 8', 9', 10' and 12' lengths. Custom lengths can be ordered.

Rigid Archway Corner Bead is designed with a sharp nose to perfectly match the Rigid Corner Bead. Create sharp smooth transitions on arched door, windows and curved soffits. Rigid Archway Corner Bead can finish from a 12" inside radius to a 18" outside radius.

Mud Set Rigid Corner Bead features 1 3/8" wide mud legs, which are wider than standard metal corner beads. Mud Set Bead is designed to be installed with drywall setting compound. Available in 8', 9', 10' and 12' lengths. Custom lengths can be ordered.

Mud Set Jumbo Corner Bead is designed with 1 3/4" extra wide mud legs. The longer mud legs create one of the strongest corner beads available. Perfect for soffits, balconies or wherever a long straight run of corner bead is required.

Mud Set Adjustable Splayed Corner features our patented Mud Lock Technology, rigid I-Beam design as well as adjustable mud legs. The Mud Set Adjustable Splayed Corner fits a standard 135 degree outside angle and the adjustable mud legs allow the product to flex into tighter or larger angles to adjust for imperfect framing.

The Mud Set Adjustable Inside Corner features our patented Mud Lock Technology and engineered hole pattern that allows the bead to quickly self level. The product finished with a more definitive, crisp line than can be achieved by just paper taping the inside corner. This unique design allows the bead to adjust from a 70 degree inside to a 150 degree outside corner.
