OVERLY offers three unique metal roofing systems – the Batten Roof, the recently developed Precision Profile Roof, and the Bermuda Roof. The Bermuda features the Bermuda panel and a moisture removing internal drainage channel, like the Batten and Precision Profile systems. The Bermuda panel’s height and depth, as well as the drainage channel’s width, height, shape and spacing, can be customized to suit different aesthetic preferences. The individual panels, along with the carefully designed joints that make up the system, allow for controlled expansion and contraction in all directions since they are independent of one another. Therefore, while working in concert together, they avoid distortion and metal fatigue. Furthermore, unlike other metal roofs, OVERLY’s profiles can be spaced much further apart without affecting their performance, thus enhancing the overall architecture. The Bermuda, similar to OVERLY’s other systems, can be tailor made for any architectural application including, domes, vaults, slopes, etc. The roof can be constructed from stainless steel, aluminum or titanium and complies with industry standards ASTM E330, ASTM E331, ASTM E283 and UL 580 Class 120.
