INDUSTRIAL FLOORING SYSTEMS
General Polymers products and systems are designed to meet the toughest Industrial Flooring environments. Floor care and system selection starts with crack repair and joint protection, followed by installation of the system to meet the demands of service, timing and exposures. Coatings provide concrete protection and dust proofing, slurry and broadcast systems withstand heavy traffic, and mortar systems provide the most protection in addition to repairing and resurfacing damaged floors.
TPM™ #115 STANDARD TROWELED MORTAR (S1-S5)
Product Description
General Polymers TPM #115 STANDARD TROWELED MORTAR (S1-S5) SYSTEMS are
1/4" high-build protective resurfacing systems combining an epoxy and silica
aggregate into a mortar, high-build grout and seal coats. Different seal coat
options are available for specific needs: TPM #115-S1 for semi-gloss finish,
TPM #115-S2 for a high gloss finish, TPM #115-S3 for moderate chemical resistance,
TPM #115-S4 for harsh chemical resistance and TPM #115-S5 utilizes a 100% solids,
zero VOC polyurethane topcoat (POLY-COTE™) for excellent wear and chemical
resistance.
Advantages
• 100% solids available in TPM #115-S3 and S4
• -0- VOC for low odor during installation (S3, S4 & S5)
• Protects substrates from thermal shock, heavy impact, and wear
• Resists degradation from many chemicals, acids, and alkalis
• Wide range of colors available
• Heavy duty 1/4" nominal thickness
Uses
• Traffic aisles and manufacturing
• Pulp and paper plants
• Wastewater treatment facilities
• Pharmaceuticals
• Drum storage areas
• Petroleum refineries
• Food and beverage facilities
FasTop™ URETHANE FLOORING SYSTEM
Product Description
General Polymers FasTop URETHANE SYSTEMS are zero VOC, low odor, slurry/broadcast
and trowel applied mortar systems installed at 1/4" - 3/8" thickness.
FasTop M Urethane Mortar and FasTop S Urethane Slurry Systems are designed for
conditions requiring rapid installation and protection of the concrete, wood
or steel substrate from thermal shock, impact, corrosion, mild chemical attack
and abrasion.
FasTop M System is trowel applied and provides some
skid inhibitance under most wet process conditions, and will remain so throughout
the life of the floor. FasTop M System can be used
on new concrete, or to restore rough or badly damaged floor surfaces that have
been exposed to years of contamination. FasTop M
System is extremely durable, and in most cases, has physical characteristics
which are approximately double that of concrete.
FasTop S System is a slurry applied system with optional
broadcast to build to 1/4” thickness. The system extremely fast and is
ready for traffic within 4 to 6 hours. A topcoat may be applied to increase
aesthetics and or chemical resistance.
FasTop S-U1 System is a slurry applied system with
a decorative quartz broadcast. A topcoat must be applied to lock in the quartz
aggregate and create a cleanable surface. This decorative upgrade option will
increase the installation time.
Advantages
• Bonds to slightly damp substrate
• Thermal shock resistant
• Unaffected by freeze/thaw cycles
• Wide service temperature range (-50ºF to 235ºF)
• Optional primer and topcoat
• Impact resistant
• Low to no odor, 0 VOC
• Interior or exterior use
• Acceptable for use in USDA inspected food processing areas
• Chemical resistant to:

EPO-FLEX® INDUSTRIAL FLOOR SYSTEM (1/8")
Product Description
General Polymers EPO-FLEX INDUSTRIAL FLOOR combines EPO-FLEX with hard aggregate
to provide a tough traffic bearing system. Flexibility is achieved without
the
use of plasticizers or other additives which can separate or migrate as the
system ages. This means that the product remains flexible and continues to
function
for many years. Fiberglass scrim may be incorporated into the system to add
tensile strength. The use of a hard aggregate provides abrasion and impact
resistance,
as well as skid inhibition properties. Various topcoats can be specified to
provide protection against water, oils, chemicals and ultraviolet light.
Advantages
• -0- VOC
• Abrasion Resistant
• Color options
• Slip resistant
• Chemical and stain resistant
Uses
• Industrial floor
• Warehouses
