TYPE EXTS Water-Resistant Trench Box and Cover

An attractive Aluminum Extrusion Trench Assembly System designed for: Computer Rooms - Science Labs - Communications Areas - Open Space Planning areas where intercom, telephone cable, or piping have to be accessible.

Covers/Boxes 6061 -T6 Heat Treated Aluminum

Trench Boxes and splice conditions have compression gaskets.

Three types of covers are available.

All trench assemblies furnished with stainless steel screws.

Construction cost is saved with leveling/anchor flange provided on Trench Boxes. Leveling anchors offered as an option. All Tees, Ells, Crosses and Miters are prefabricated.

A 4" W x 3" D ID, vertical enclosure may be specified to provide a water-tight, attractive chase for piping and/or conduit. This enclosure allows for an outlet through the cover at specified penetration locations.

Trench assemblies are checked with approved drawings, stenciled, and color coded for quick and easy installation.
