PRODUCT PRESENTATION
Englert Series 2100, 1-1/2" high seam, is a variable width panel
system set to rollform at 12", 16", 20" and 24" o.c.
seam spacing with stiffening ribs. The panels are secured by fixed or
floating clips, allowing for unrestricted thermal movement. The panels are
seamed either 90° or 180° by electric seamers. All fasteners are
concealed.
Clip spacing is 24" o.c. for panels up to 16" wide. Clips are
at 16" - 18" o.c. on panel widths at 20" and 24" o.c.,
with two fasteners per clip. Fixed clips are recommended on panel lengths
under 40'. Use floating clips on panel runs over 40'.
As an integrated roofing system, Series 2100 1-1/2" high panel
profiles may be installed over purlins* or solid deck (at least 1/2"
thick plywood or 22 ga. metal deck) with an underlayment of 2 layers of
15# felt. Do not install panels directly over chemically treated plywood.
Minimum slope 3"/12"; for other conditions, check with
manufacturer.
* Series 2100, 16" wide 1-1/2" high panel system in 24 ga.
meets the structural requirements of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. for
Class 90 wind uplift resistance at 4'0" o.c. spacing over purlins,
with special clips. Check with manufacturer for specific applications.
