Notes:

1. Lower control panel is required if this dimension exceeds 5 3/4" (14.6 cm). Recommend 8" for custom cabinetry.
2. Provide 2" min. (5.08 cm) cabinet clearance to motor for cooling purposes.
3. 6" (15.24 cm) is recommended for motor/blower service.
4. Grills installed near a side wall must allow a minimum clearance of 6" (15.24 cm) for maximum ventilation performance but may be safely installed as near as 2" (5.08 cm) from a side wall if required by space limitations.
5. Access must be provided to remove and empty grease containers.
6. Electrical requirements: 110/120 volts, A.C., 15 amps, 60 Hz.
7. Chamfer all exposed edges of decorative laminate to prevent damage from chipping.
8. Radius corners of cutout and file to insure smooth edges and prevent corner cracking.
9. Rough edges, inside corners that have not been rounded and forced fits can contribute to cracking of the countertop laminate.
10. Countertop must be supported within 3" of cutout.
11. Convertible to LP gas.
12. Cooktop can be vented to the equivalent of 60 feet. See installation instructions for downdraft installation.
13. Blower may be rotated for horizontal or vertical direction by loosening nuts around blower inlet. Accessible inside ventilation chamber.
