Commercial Mold & Mildew-Proof™* Primer/ Adhesive System

Developed specifically for commercial properties, ZINSSER PLUS® Mold & Mildew-Proof™* Commercial Wallcovering System is a revolutionary primer/adhesive system that gives property owners the opportunity to take advantage of the beauty and durability of vinyl wallcovering, while protecting their investment against the damaging effects of mold & mildew.

Generic Type

Pigmented, acrylic latex, water-base universal wallcovering primer.

Surfaces

Interior commercial, institutional, residential walls, ceilings, or similar surfaces that receive wallcovering. May also be used to prime ceilings, trim, doors and similar surfaces before applying paint.

Substrates

New or previously painted or wallpapered gypsum drywall, cured plaster, wood or other types of paneling, glossy laminates, non-porous wallcovering (vinyl or vinyl-coated) and related surfaces.

Spread Rate

300-350 sq. ft. per gallon per coat. Two coats (each 1.5 mil DFT/4 mil WFT) required to qualify for 5 year guarantee.

Suitable wallcovering

Recommended for hanging Type I, Type II and Type III commercial wallcovering, including any non-woven or microvented, and delicate natural fabrics.
