Order Product No. JA300 JB Series Storage Racks Two Body Carrier With or Without Body Trays JB Series Body Trays are Completely Removable with a Typical Fork-Type Lift Designed for use with the roll-in coolers, the JB100 carrier can hold two bodies on JC100 Body Trays. The JB100 is easily moveable. JB Series Standard Features Cart Saddle: Fabricated of 14 gauge stainless steel with #4 satin finish. The saddle is completely welded with no overlapping seams or gaps. All exposed welds are ground smooth and grained to match a #4 satin finish. Cart Frame: Material on the cart frame is 1-1/2" 11 gauge stainless steel tubing. All continuous bead weld with 1/8" radius bead. Casters: Heavy-duty 5" diameter casters are provided with four wheel brakes and one swivel lock. Welds: All welding is TIG type welding utilizing only stainless steel as a filler media. All weld fillets are approximately 1/8" diameter and are brushed clean removing any weld burrs or discoloration.
IF Series Cadaver Transporters Cadaver/Body Tray Transporters, 4 Tier and 2 Tier The IF Series Transporter is a multi-body carrier designed to transport two cadavers on body trays. Heavy-duty casters permit removal or placement of cadavers by rolling the two trays directly off the morgue rack onto the Transporter. Transporter is designed to accommodate the IE100 Mortuary Rack. IF Series Standard Features Frame: The bearing rails, upright support column and end bumper weldment are made of 1-1/2" square heavy-duty stainless steel tubing with a #2B finish. The frame is a completely welded assembly and no mechanical fasteners are used. Roller Wheel Assembly: The roller wheel assemblies are comprised of replaceable nylon roller wheels, free of rust, no plated steel wheels. Each bay has ten roller wheel assemblies, five per side. Rear Bumper: The rear bars have bumpers which will absorb the impact of a loaded tray. The material is 1-1/2" heavy-duty stainless steel angles. Casters: Four casters are provided which are capable of swivel for mobility and wheel brake for secure positioning during loading and unloading. Each caster has maximum capacity of 400 lbs. Stainless Steel: All of the components used in the fabrication are stainless steel unless otherwise specified. All welds are a continuous type yielding an approximate radius of 3/16".
