Until recently, preformed metal wall panels offered designers a choice between only corrugated or ribbed profiles. The limited choices left little room for variety. But times have changed. CENTRIA has developed CONCEPT SERIES^® to give you unprecedented design flexibility in preformed panels.

OUT OF ONE, MANY…
CONCEPT SERIES is composed of variations on a single theme – a dynamic, asymetrical profile. From this profile, CENTRIA designed a series of six interchangeable panel configurations – three 12” wide, and three 16” wide – that can be installed vertically or horizontally.

CONCEPT SERIES gives you unlimited new custom metal wall design possibilities.

INNOVATIVE ENGINEERING

CONCEPT SERIES concealed fastener panels feature increased panel engagement for a tighter joint that’s virtually invisible. A unique, concealed fastening clip design allows unimpeded thermal movement and creates a full 1/2” cavity without shims or subgirts, between the backside of the panel and the air and water barrier – a critical feature for effective moisture control in simple rainscreen design.

For vertical, soffit, or other applications where thermal movement is less critical, CONCEPT SERIES panels may be ordered with optional concealed extended fastener legs.

PANEL END TRANSITIONS – Horizontal CONCEPT SERIES panel ends can be transitioned using overlaps or slim 2" MicroLine^® extrusions that eliminate exposed fasteners.

COMPLEMENT YOUR BEST CONCEPTS WITH THESE OPTIONS

MICROLINE extrusion details – Engineered specifically for use with CONCEPT SERIES panels, these slim 2” extruded aluminum details are used to create narrow, crisp site lines around windows and doors and at the base and head of walls, and for transitions at inside and outside corners and at vertical joints.

MICROSEAM^® corners – Designed for use with CONCEPT SERIES panels, these corners use a cutting edge structural bonding technique to create the cleanest, continuous mitered corner assembly with no unsightly welds or pop rivets. MicroSeam corners are manufactured from the same coated coil as the adjacent panels to guarantee a perfect match.

SUBSTRATES, FINISHES AND COLOR – The standard CONCEPT SERIES substrate is G90 galvanized steel. Optional substrates include Galvalume^® steel , stainless and aluminum. A wide variety of finish systems and a full palette of colors including micas and metallics are available to meet specific aesthetic and corrosion resistance requirements.
