Versawall® and Versapanel® - Wall & Roof Panels
Traditionally favored for industrial applications, today Versawall and Versapanel are specified for virtually any construction type, including low-rise commercial buildings, schools, arenas and stadiums.

Versawall and Versapanel, attractive and durable steel panels with a factory foam-insulated core, are installed vertically to create a weathertight, energy-efficient wall with striking monolithic character. Architects enjoy the system's ability to provide long, uninterrupted sight lines - up to 40 feet as a standard. Plus, Versawall panels can be coated with CENTRIA Duracast finish to give buildings the look and feel of precast.

Versapanel is extra-versatile. With its bold standing seam, Versapanel doubles as a high performance insulated roof when combined with its weathertight, mechanically seamed batten cap.

Versawall Factory Foamed Panel Systems

Description
Often recommended for industrial applications, the CENTRIA Versawall® Factory Foamed Panel System is also often used for low- and mid-rise buildings where style, economy, and good insulation values are important -- such as for shopping centers, schools, and warehouses. The Versawall System is especially well suited for high humidity conditions, highly insulated structures, and buildings where long spans are required. The Versawall Panel System is available as an embossed panel with a subtly striated exterior surface.

For technical data, see Technical Summary section below.

Features

  • Insulated with an isocyanurate foam core
  • Factory-assembled panels can be installed in any type of weather, making installation faster and easier than many other types of wall panels
  • Strong steel skins increase span capability, saving support steel. The Versawall System establishes a liner-side vapor and air barrier when combined with factory- and field-applied butyl sealant
  • Lightweight panels permit lighter building structures, reducing framing support and panel installation costs
  • Lightly planked interior liner works compositely with the face sheet to provide greater strength and allow longer spans
  • Concealed fasteners give a clean, uninterrupted appearance
  • Outstanding weather resistance resulting from double tongue-and-groove joinery and factory-applied air and vapor sealing
  • Thermal break, resulting from no metal-to-metal contact between face and liner, provides better insulating values
  • Suitable for use as an interior partition
  • CENTRIA Formavue® FV100 Integrated Window System, can be integrated easily and economically
  • Available with factory-formed sheet metal flashing or extruded aluminum trim

Versapanel Factory Foamed Panel System

Description
The CENTRIA Versapanel Factory Foamed Panel System provides a strong, energy-efficient wall system clearly defined by bold ribs that add an attractive linear definition to large structures. Economically priced, the Versapanel System is available in thicknesses to meet a range of thermal conditions with "R" values as high as 32.

Pre-assembled, each Versapanel module is a single wall or roof unit incorporating the interior surface, vapor barrier, thermal insulation, and long-life exterior metal substrate. It is the ideal choice for high humidity conditions, highly insulated structures, and buildings requiring long spans.

For technical data, see Technical Summary section below.

Features

  • Insulated with an isocyanurate foam core in variable depths
  • Factory-assembled panels can be installed in any type of weather making installation faster and easier than most other types of wall and roof systems
  • Strong steel skins increase span capability for savings in support steel; They establish a vapor barrier when combined with factory- and field-applied butyl sealant
  • Lightweight panels permit lighter building structures plus reduced framing support and panel installation costs
  • Lightly planked interior liner works compositely with the face sheet to allow longer spans
  • Concealed fasteners provide a clean, uninterrupted appearance
  • Outstanding weather resistance results from double tongue-and-groove joinery and factory-applied air and vapor sealing
  • A thermal break is achieved because there is no metal-to-metal contact between the face and liner
  • Factory-formed metal flashing is available
  • Overlapping joint structure for multi-course applications
  • Batten cap is standard on roofs and optional for walls
