ThermaCal Wall Exterior Wall Insulation is extruded tongue and groove extruded polystyrene* board insulation bonded to a nail base surface. It fastens to outside wall sheathing and studs, metal or masonry walls without interior modifications.

- Nominal 4'×8' panel with tongue and groove foam for minimal heat loss
- Standard nail base for siding: 7/16" OSB (oriented strand board) sheathing
- Optional nail base for siding: 5/8" or 3/4" OSB or plywood
- Sheathing pre-spaced for expansion
- R-Values from 8.1 to 38.1, thickness to 8"
- Qualifies towards LEED and Energy Star program
- FSC sheathing available
