“The Vault”

Description
“The VAULT” radiused panel suspended grid ceiling system allows the designer to create an unusual effect of sweeping arches and vaults. The radiused panel system can achieve a wide variety of looks by simply changing the perforation pattern and panel color.

The standard width of panels ranges from 12” to 48” wide, with 20”, 32”, and 44” being the most efficient.

“The Wave”

Description
“The WAVE” radiused panel suspended grid ceiling system allows the designer to add an innovative three-dimensional treatment to the ceiling plane. Curves, complete or partial barrel vaults, undulations and flat areas can be blended together to form unique applications. “The Wave” panel system can achieve a wide variety of looks by simply changing the perforation pattern and panel color. “The Wave” is a totally complete system, pre-engineered and factory fabricated. It is truly ready to install.

Trellis

Description
TRELLIS is a unique louver system that provides an airy solution to defining the ceiling plane. It is an excellent choice for spaces requiring an open look.

Curved Linear

Description
CURVED LINEAR provides an interesting array of delineating lines to accentuate a radiused or arched ceiling plane. Curved Linear is ideally suited for long, high corridors, or as spacial definition to running tracks in gymnasiums or health spas.

Trellis
GUIDE SPECIFICATION FOR CURVED METAL BEAM CEILING SYSTEM

PART 2 - PRODUCTS
2.01	Manufacturer
	A.	Provide Curved Trellis Metal Ceiling model number TR108/26-F23 (replace 08 with appropriate cell spacing if other than 8.0” o.c.) (replace 26 with appropriate louver size if other than 2’x 6’) (replace F23 with appropriate color number if other than Anodized PXL, per section 2.02 D below) as manufactured by American Decorative Ceilings, Inc.; 4510 E. 71st St.; Cleveland, Ohio 44105; Telephone number (216) 341-2222.
2.02	Materials
	A.	All suspension members to be constructed to the Heavy Duty classification of ASTM C 635.
		1.	Main Runners and Cross Runners shall be of pre-punched, factory fabricated radiused and straight sections as required by Contract Documents. Finish of Runners to match finish of radiused louvers. Support members to be a minimum of 1” in depth, and to be constructed of 1/8” thick aluminum. Said members to be fabricated to the same dimensions and radius as the Trellis panel so as to allow easy lay-in installation and monolithic appearance.
		2.	Attachment devices: Size for five times design load indicated in ASTM C 635, Table 1, Direct Hung unless other wise indicated.
		3.	Wire Hangers and Ties: ASTM A 641, Class 1 zinc coating, soft temper, pre-stretched, with a yield load of at least three (3) times design load, but not less than 12 gage. Tie wires shall be placed at a maximum of 48” on center along the Main T’s, and as indicated on American Decorative Ceilings’ shop drawings.
	B.	Curved Trellis panels shall be a min. of 1/8” thick aluminum. All exposed metal shall be free from surface blemishes, roller marks and other imperfections. The “Trellis Panel” shall be a nominal __’x __’ unit with a minimum of 2 “OX” members for balance and support. Panels to be factory fabricated, pre-curved, and assembled for ready installation. Radius of panels to match radius indicated on Contract Documents, Finish of all exposed unit members to match color sample in possession of Architect. Finish to be applied in 360 degree application.
	C.	Perimeter Trim
		1.	Straight and curved “Channel” shaped perimeter trim members as required by Contract Documents. Trim members to be 1-1/2” in vertical dimension, and having 1” horizontal legs.
		2.	Trim members to be attached to suspension members via factory supplied connector clips.
		3.	Finish of trim members to match panels and suspension system. Trim to be finished on all surfaces (360 degrees).
	D.	Finish to be (white (F41)); anodized PXL (F23)); (Standard Kynar (FKY)); or (custom color (F47)) (strike out all non-applicable finishes.)

PART 2 - PRODUCTS
2.01	Manufacturer
	A.	Provide Linear Pan Ceiling System model number LPC425R/120-F23 (replace 25 with appropriate thickness if other than .025”) (replace F23 with appropriate color number if other than Anodized PXL, per section 2.02 G below) as manufactured by American Decorative Ceilings, Inc.; 4510 E. 71st St.; Cleveland, Ohio 44105; Telephone number (216) 341-2222.
2.02	Materials
	A.	Pans 4" wide modules, 5/8” deep vertical legs with round edges formed for attaching to carrier support system. Material to be roll formed aluminum sheet (.025”); (.032”); (.040”) thickness, (non-perforated); (perforated) into standard 10’ lengths.
	B.	Pan Splice: (Matte black finish); (finish to match pans): formed for snap-fit into butt –cut pan ends.
	C.	Filler to be recessed #LPF1 type, roll-formed from aluminum sheet into standard 12’ lengths, for snug fit between adjacent pans.
	D.	Carrier: Inverted hat-shaped carrier, 1-11/16” high by 2” wide; each leg notched for locating and attaching pans on specified module and providing for a 5/8” reveal between same. Splice sections are formed to match configuration of carrier. Factory finished with matte black baked enamel paint. Material thickness to be 0.040” aluminum.
	E.	Flexible Carrier: Aluminum channel shape, 11/16” high by 3-1/2” wide; each leg notched for locating and attaching pans on specified module and providing for a 5/8” reveal between same. Material thickness to be 0.040” aluminum.
	F.	Accessories: Provide perimeter ‘J’-molding with 3/4” depth and 3/4” exposed face, 12’ lengths in finish to match pans. Access door kits (if required) to be used with standard pans and carriers to provide 24”x 24” units, with downward (upward) accessibility.
	G.	Finish to be (white (F41)); (standard color (FSTD); (anodized PXL (F23)); (satin anodized (F23R)); (brushed aluminum (F98)); (standard Kynar (FKY)); (natural birch (F4025)); (american maple (F4026)); (auburn cherry (F4023)); or (custom color (F47)); (strike out all non-applicable finishes.)
