Bradley Column Showers
How do you achieve maximum space efficiency?
You need to utilize the center of the shower
room. This can be achieved in several ways. One way is to construct built-up
walls with conventional shower valves and heads concealed or exposed piping
which is chrome plated. Another way is provide back-to-back panel type
showers supported by wall stanchions or stub wall. These units are shipped
to the job site pre-piped and assembled. They can be quickly connected
to create a complete shower and soap dispensing system. Piping is placed
in an easily removable stainless steel panel. This provides lower maintenance
costs than standard in wall showers.
A third solution is to use Column showers. Column Showers offer up to six stations yet require only one set of supply connections. You can get all the advantages of panel showers at a lower installation cost.
Are multiple supply lines shut-off valves necessary?
Shut-off valves should be included so the control
valves can be serviced. In general, the more stops the better a stop at
each control valve is preferred.
How important are privacy considerations?
Privacy can be an issue for male shower rooms.
However, in most cases, privacy is more important in female showers. It
is especially important in middle schools and junior high schools. During
project planning, be sure to contact school representative for requirement
measures.
What options are available for privacy?
There is a wide variety. Partitioning can be
added to all types of Bradley's shower and dressing compartments. Stall
materials range from stainless steel to high density polyethylene (HDPE).
These are typically applied to Multi-stall showers, Column showers and
individual wall showers.
Applications:
Health Clubs, Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Stadiums,
Factories, Dormitories and Parks.
Key Considerations
Connected by concealed piping
Eliminates in-wall piping
Pre-assembled, no need to build on-site
