Product Presentation
Flex-Ability Concepts’ Flex-C Trac™ offers a unique solution to framing curved structures. Using new technology, the Flex-C Trac system allows the builder to create high quality curved walls, columns, arches, and even “S”-curves in a simple, easy-to-use product. It is a hand shapeable track made up of pivotal galvanized steel sections with two sliding straps on each leg. It is sold in 10-ft.-lengths and ready for installation. The Flex-C Trac system can be used with either metal or wood construction.

Applications
Flex-C Trac can be used to frame curved walls, counters, arches, barrel ceilings, wavy ceilings, “S”-curves, and columns. These curves can be built vertically or horizontally. Flex-C Trac will match irregular or French curves, or match existing shapes.

Benefits
Flex-C Trac provides a stronger more uniform curved structure than other methods. The strength of Flex-C Trac holds the shape without allowing flat spots to form. If after installation the design requires a change, it can be easily reconfigured after removing the fastening screws. Because of its adaptable simple installation, Flex-C Trac can be a tremendous timesaver.

Installations
First, bend the track to a desired position. Second, secure the track with self-tapping screws. Finally, fasten the track to the ceiling or floor. Printed examples of various installations can be provided by contacting Flex-Ability Concepts.

Flex-C Trac has a standard protective coating equal or superior to ASTM A653 coating designation G-40 or A-40.
