Applications – New and Retrofit
Thermasheath-3 Thermal Insulation Board is applied to the exterior or interior face of wood or metal studs to cover all studs, sills, plates and header constructions, thereby providing insulation over areas not normally covered by insulation products. When used on the inside face of walls, Thermasheath-3 must be covered by an approved thermal barrier. Thermasheath-3 Thermal Insulation Board is Energy Star® qualified. Refer to specs sheet for specifications on securing Thermasheath-3 Thermal Insulation Board.
