TGA 225 RIBBON WINDOW WALL
THERMAL-BAR® RIBBON WINDOW SYSTEM
PRE-GLAZED IN FACTORY
TGA-225 is a shop glazed system, with the individual panels assembled in the controlled environment of our fabrication facility. The heart of the system is the structural silicone seal at the interior face of the glass. This seal provides superior protection against air and water infiltration. All anchors are located behind the glazing pocket, eliminating the possibility of leaks through the anchor holes. Weep holes in the continuous sill channel direct any water penetrating the exterior gasket out to the exterior. These design elements create a glazed wall which offers unprecedented resistance to air and water infiltration, and the efficiency of a thermally broken system. Structural performance exceeds normal standards.

PRE-GLAZED SYSTEM
Trainor Glass pre-glazes all of its TGA 225 window walls for better quality control. By pre-glazing, Trainor Glass also guarantees "NO LEAKS" for our system.
EMBEDS
Trainor Glass works from "Day 1" with the pre-cast engineers to make sure that when the time comes for the window wall to be installed, no time delays are incurred. They accomplish this by supplying the embed drawings, and coordinating the layout of the embeds with the engineers.
