Metal Wall Panel Systems

Rigidized^® panel systems offer an easy approach to specifying Rigidized^® durable and decorative metals. Our wall panel systems are designed to meet the needs of high impact environments and decorative spaces alike. Our metal panels are formed to your specifications and are hung with an easy to install demountable Z Clip System. However, don't expect to replace a Rigidized^® deep textured metal panel because they are engineered to last for decades.

Pan Face Panel
Suitable for interior applications, the Pan Face Panel has a formed pan that is laminated to the core material and a backer sheet that provides structural balance, strength and a suspensions system platform.

Pan–in–Pan Panel
Suitable for interior and exterior applications, the Pan-in-Pan System has a slightly smaller backer pan that seals the core material inside the panel. The backer pan provides superior structural balance and strength.

Hat Channel Panel
Suitable for both interior and exterior walls, Hat Channel Panels do not have a core, but rather a hat channel that attaches to the pan face and supports the suspension system.

Made from extruded aluminum, Z Clips are the most popular choice of professional installers because they install in minutes and are terrific value. Z Clips are available in a wide variety of widths and lengths, so there's a Z Clip for nearly all panel installations.

Simply attach the wall Z Clip (A) to wall surface (B) and drop in the factory attached panel clip (C) and panel assembly (D).
