All DiamondBack products are available in E’NRG’Y 2 and ISO 1. ProDiamond and Diamond 45 can also be made with Fesco Foam or E’NRG’Y 2 Plus.

ProDiamond Custom Crickets are professionally designed to divert water to a drain, scupper or low point on a tapered roof system and to meet job specifications and requirements. Standard slopes of 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" and 1/2" per foot are available and used in conjunction with JM full 4' x 4' tapered insulation panels.

Diamond 45
Pre-Cut Miters are comprised of two separate tapered panels cut at a 45 degree angle to form a hip (outward slope) or valley (inward slope) that directs water to a low point on a tapered roof system.

Tapered Fesco Board

Tapered Fesco uses only JM Fesco Board, a perlite-based thermal roof insulation designed for use over nailable, non-nailable or metal roof decks. It is especially adaptable to reroofing applications, where both improved thermal insulation and positive drainage must be achieved.

Tapered Fesco is supplied in 2' x 4' (0.61 m x 1.22 m) or 4' x 4' (1.22 m x 1.22 m) boards, custom cut and tapered to 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", or 1/2" per foot (5.2, 10.4, 20.8, or 41.6 mm/m) slope depending on the need. Custom sizes are available.

Advantages

Environmentally Friendly. The minimum recycled content is 25% by weight.

Tapered Fesco Board complies with Environmental Protection Agency Regulation 40 CFR Part 248, Guideline for Federal Procurement of Building Insulation Products Containing Recovered Materials, as a recycled product approved for use on any project using federal funds.

Dimensional Stability. Because of its perlite composition and low water absorption rates, Fesco Board is dimensionally stable over a wide range of weather conditions.

Fire Resistance. Tapered Fesco Board has excellent fire resistance and is approved for use in FM and UL approved constructions. Because of its perlite content, Tapered Fesco offers far greater resistance than conventional wood fiber materials.

Stable R-Value. Tapered Fesco Board has a stable R-value because it is composed of inorganic and fibrous materials.

Labor Savings. Tapered Fesco in 4' x 4' (1.22 m x 1.22 m) panels can offer significant labor savings over 2' x 4' (0.61 m x 1.22 m) panels during application and installation.

Tapered E’NRG’Y 2 is supplied in 4' x 4' (1.22 m x 1.22 m) boards and available in minimum 1/2" (13 mm) minimum to 4.0" (102 mm) thicknesses. Tapered E’NRG’Y 2 is manufactured to 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", or 1/2" per foot (5.2, 10.4, 20.8 or 41.6 mm/m) slope depending on the need. Custom sizes are available.

Advantages

Thermally Efficient. Tapered E’NRG’Y 2 is a highly efficient thermal insulation with high R-value and low installed cost.

Universal Facer. The universal facer on Tapered E’NRG’Y 2 is suited for use in many different membrane systems such as BUR, modified bitumen and single ply applications.

Environmentally Compliant. Tapered E’NRG’Y 2 is produced with 141b blowing agent, an HCFC (Hydrochlorofluorocarbon) chemical currently accepted as a replacement in the CFC phase-out process. Tapered E’NRG’Y 2 is in compliance with EPA requirements governing all materials produced after May 15, 1993. Tapered E’NRG’Y 2 meets the standards of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.

Tapered Fesco Foam

Tapered Fesco Foam is a rigid roof insulation panel composed of a high thermal isocyanurate foam core bonded to a perlite board on one side and a universal fiber glass reinforced facer on the other. Tapered Fesco Foam is designed for both new construction and reroofing where ponding water or positive slope is a concern. When installed with the perlite up, the perlite facer provides an excellent base for conventional BUR and modified bitumen systems.

Tapered Fesco Foam is available in 4' x 4' (1.22 m x 1.22 m) or 4' x 8' (1.22 m x 2.44 m) boards, and in thicknesses of a minimum 1.5" (38 mm) to 4.0" (102 mm). Tapered Fesco Foam is manufactured to 1/16", 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2" per foot (5.2, 10.4, 20.8 or 41.6 mm/m) depending on the need. Tapered Fesco Foam is available with a 1/2" (13 mm) perlite facer. Tapered Fesco Foam is available with a 3/4" (19 mm) perlite facer on special request.

As a composite, Tapered Fesco Foam meets the minimum requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.

Tapered Pre-Cut Miters

Tapered Pre-Cut Miters are comprised of two separate tapered panels factory cut at a 45° angle to form a hip (outward slope) or valley (inward slope) that direct water to a low point on a tapered roof system. These panels can be manufactured from either Tapered E’NRG’Y 2 or Tapered Fesco Foam composite panels, and are available in either 20 or 25 psi (138 or 172 kPa) compressive strength.

Using specialized computerized technology, Tapered Pre-Cut Miters are designed, cut, packaged and delivered to the job ready for installation, which saves labor and eliminates waste.
