Metacaulk® Cast-In-Place Devices – Designed for use in poured concrete floors to form a through- penetration firestop system. Installed prior to pouring concrete, they provide a pre-firestopped opening which allows a variety of materials to pass through, such as plastic, metal and insulated pipes, as well as cable and wire bundles. A unique Oval Cast-In-Place Device allows up to three penetrations through a single opening. Cast-In-Place Extensions extend these devices from a height of 8" to 14".

Metacaulk® Pass-Thru Devices – Designed to prevent the spread of fire from one compartment to another where electrical, data and communication cables penetrate through walls and floors. Pass-Thru Devices consist of a round or square metal sleeve (Available in 2 1/2" & 4" square and 2" & 4" round designs) containing highly intumescent material. A removable top and slip-on mounting brackets provide quick and easy installation.

Metacaulk® Composite Sheets - Rigid, fire-resistant panels used to seal penetrations and restore the fire rating to floors, ceilings or walls in which a large opening has been made fore penetrating items. These 36" x 36" panels are made of a reinforced, highly-intumescent material bonded on one side to a galvanized steel sheet.
