Products are available in tubes, sausages and pails for application using a caulking gun, spray or trowel. Each product is tested to the appropriate standards: ASTM E814, UL 1479, ASTM E 1966(UL 2079) and/or ASTM E90. 
Metacaulk® 1000 Intumescent Firestop Sealant - A water based, flexible sealant designed for use on metal, insulated, fiberglass and plastic pipes. Can also be used for top of the wall joints, plus power and telephone cables.
Metacaulk® 350i Intumescent Firestop Sealant - A water-based, one-component, general purpose fire-rated sealant and smoke seal for construction joints and through penetrations.
Metacaulk® MC 150+ Firestop Sealant - A water-based, one-component, general purpose, fire-rated sealant and smoke seal for construction joints and through penetrations.
Metacaulk® 835+ Firestop Silicone Sealant - For applications requiring a silicone-based firestop. Designed for use with PVC pipe on closed (pressure) systems, EMT. Insulated and uninsulated steel pipe, construction and control joints and interior expansion joints.
Metacaulk® Box Guard™ - A highly intumescent, fire-rated pad that is easily inserted on the inside back wall of an electrical box with a self-adhesive strip. When exposed to fire, Box Guard™ will expand to form a char that will seal off the opening to prevent the spread of flames and limit temperature rise on the unexposed surfaces. UL classified. Dielectric breakdown voltage 22V/mil (ASTM D 149.)
Metacaulk® Cover Guard™ - A single-component, fire-rated gasket for use in electrical boxes to comply with the "24 rule of horizontal separation." Fits directly under the cover plate and does not take up volume in the electrical box. Available in 6 styles. A labor saving replacement for putty pads in normal applications. UL classified.
