Standard Blocks

The most common Hebel AAC block size is 8"x8"x24", but blocks are available in multiple thicknesses and heights.

AAC block can be used in applications such as shaft walls, fire walls, exterior walls and others that traditionally use CMU block. One of the notable benefits of Hebel AAC block is weight. One-third the weight of traditional concrete, AAC blocks are easy to manage, decrease installation time, and are made of green, LEED applicable materials. Blocks are set with polymer modified thin-bed mortar that dries in approximately five minutes.

For fast construction by covering more wall face square footage with a single block, Hebel AAC Jumbo blocks are ideal. With a height of 24" and lengths of 40" and 48", jumbo blocks are set with a mini-crane and allow installers to cover more area more quickly.

As with all of our products, varying strength classes are available.

Hebel AAC also manufactures products to supplement all of the items listed above, including lintels, U-blocks and cored blocks. We provide a complete system for walls, roof and floors.
