Sound-Tech Xpress Door Systems – Now with Factory Glazing Using the latest patent pending sound absorbing technology, Ceco Door has expanded the Sound Tech Xpress product offering to include factory glazing. STC 35 – 46 ratings are available using factory installed 5/16" thick acoustical glass with Pemko P490 glazing. The acoustical maximum visible glass sizes range from 100 to 720 sq. in. Currently these products are available as single doors only but pairs are being tested. Sound-Tech Xpress Door Systems are the noise solution for any facility including, airports, healthcare, hospitality, government/military and municipal buildings as well as educational institutions. These products are in addition to the STC 32 – 54 flush door systems already available Ceco Door STX STC 35 -46 Factory Glazed Systems Door Designs 
Sound-Tech Xpress Systems are competitively priced and can be manufactured in 4-6 weeks. STX Systems include door, frame and approved seal systems with a certified label. The STX Systems are over 30% lighter than most sound doors of equal STC rating in the industry allowing standard weight hinges to be used. All products have been successfully tested to the required ASTM standards, including ASTM E90, ASTM E1332-90 and ASTM E413. All STX Systems are in compliance with HMMA 865-03 and SDI 128 specifications. Seals, ADA compliant thresholds and door bottoms (when required) will be drop shipped to designated address.
