When both durability and finish selections are important, Modernfold's Soundmaster accordion partitions fit the bill.
LONG-TERM STRENGTH AND DURABILITY results from Soundmaster's three-dimensional welded steel frame and heavy-duty track system. Extra-strength pantograph hinges provide added support, while giving Soundmaster its uniform appearance.
ACOUSTICAL PERFORMANCE – up to 40 STC – is provided by Soundmaster's steel sound liner and three-ply top and bottom sweeps.
EASE OF OPERATION is assured by a trouble-free ball bearing trolley system.
Soundmaster partitions can be acoustically enhanced for sound absorption with the Quiet-Wall (carpet) option. This option offers high aesthetic appeal in a strong, yet easy to care for finish. Quiet-Wall offers an acoustically absorbent, vertically ribbed non-woven carpet in a variety of attractive colors. Quiet-Wall can achieve NRC ratings of up to .85.
Vinyl-clad steel, vinyl-clad wood, woven fabrics, carpet and vinyl fabrics comprise the largest selection of standard finishes in the industry. Every finish offered by Modernfold caries a Class "A" flame spread rating.
