The Ultimate Assembly® The Ultimate Assembly® is an open joint paver assembly that combines the excellent performance of MM6125® waterproof membrane with the beauty of Terra Pavers®-H, a full line of architectural pavers offering exceptional variety in color, texture and size. Ideal for high visibility plazas and roofs, Terra Pavers-H are durable, perfectly suited to the busiest of pedestrian walkways. Optimal performance, superior aesthetics. Terra Pavers-H are hydraulically pressed under 750 tons of pressure, so they’re built for long-term performance, just like the MM6125® waterproofing beneath them. And because they’re available in multiple colors and textures – natural river gravel, crushed granite, marble, limestone, bluestone, greenslate – they provide optimum design flexibility, including customization. Stays as dry as possible. Because the Ultimate Assembly® is an open joint system, water flows freely and quickly to drains below the wearing surface, so whether it’s the dead of winter or just a dreary day, water doesn’t pond on the paver surface. That means freezing water is less likely to compromise the paver. More warranty coverage from us, less worry for you. The Ultimate Assembly® is covered by a single source warranty issued directly to the owner for all system components, including watertightness, thermal retention of the insulation and paver integrity. Quick access. Terra Pavers-H are set on Terra-Tab® pedestals, so you have fast access to drains, utilities, and assembly components. The pavers are just lifted off and then set back into place. Paver Composition and Materials Terra Pavers®-H are made from precast concrete formed under intense vibration and then subjected to 750 tons of hydraulic pressure. The result is pavers with high compressive strength and low moisture absorption. Applications The Ultimate Assembly® is ideal for plazas, rooftops, terraces, or anywhere a long-lasting, attractive surface is desired. Not intended for vehicular traffic. Product Information Terra Pavers-H nominal sizes include 12" sq.; 18" sq.; 24" sq.; 30" sq.; and 36" sq. with thicknesses of 1-1/2" to 3". Weights vary according to paver thickness, from 18 lbs. to 32-1/2 lbs. per square foot. Terra-Tab® paver supports provide precise alignment of the paver, allow for drainage and air circulation, and prevent water accumulation.
