Northwest Series Benches
The benches in this series are based on classic styles with worldwide appeal.
The open designs prevent water and dirt from building up, keeping them clean and
maintenance-free. These benches are part of Huntco's long tradition of manufacturing
superior site furnishings.
This contemporary bench is quite distinctive in its appearance but versatile enough to complement many modern architectural sites. The Santiam has an exciting sense of balance and proportion. 73.5" long, 22" deep, 20" high. Custom lengths are available. Schedule 40 all steel construction.
The RogueThis low silhouette, “hard-working” bench is perfectly designed for outdoor, high-usage locations. It can be free-standing or surface-mounted. 72” long, 20” deep, 24” high. Custom lengths are available.
Schedule 40 all steel construction, using .25” x 1.50” flat steel bars and .50” x 2.0” flat steel bars.
The NehalemThe gracefully curved back of this bench from our Northwest Series gives it the sophisticated appearance of a bygone era. But it’s strong! Made of schedule 40 all steel construction, using rectangular tubes and flat bars, the Nehalem can take extreme weather and usage.

The WillametteThe elegant curves of the legs and armrests on this bench provide an interesting contrast to the more contemporary vertical steel slats that form the seat.
It can be free-standing or surface-mounted.
The McKenzieThe attention-getting look of this bench almost hides its unequalled strength. Made of round solid steel rods with flat iron bars for support, The McKenzie, with its flowing lines and curves, is perfect for high-usage areas, especially outdoors. There is a two-legged version for in-ground mounting and a three-legged version for surface mounting.
72" long, 29" deep, 32.5" high. Custom length are available.
FINISHES
Our POWDER COAT FINISH resists chipping, rusting and fading. It is hard and tough enough to withstand the most extreme weather and heaviest usage conditions.
We closely monitor each step of the powder coating process to ensure that Huntco’s high standard of quality is evident in every finished bench. In order for the powder coating to adhere to the metal, the steel must be free of any scale, paint, varnish or rust. This substrate preparation includes a chemical wash and rinse. The bench is then pre-baked to eliminate any liquid residue. This is followed by an iron phosphate rust inhibitor treatment that also primes the surface.
A polyester coating, triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) powder is then baked onto the prepared bench to a thickness of 6 to 8 mils.
Huntco’s standard POWDER COAT COLORS are Postal Blue (RAL 5022), Sky Blue (RAL 5010), Forest Green (RAL 6005), Yellow (RAL 1018), Bright Red (RAL 3001), Maroon (RAL 3007), Gloss Black (RAL 9004), Sky White (RAL 9001), Tan (RAL 8001), and Bronze (RAL 8014). Custom colors are readily available.
Huntco’s state-of-the-art THERMOPLASTIC COATING is one step beyond our Powder Coating. It is designed for maximum mechanical performance, unparalleled impact resistance and UV-stability. Add the fact that it is thicker than powder coating, and you have the ultimate coating for any metal site furnishing. Our thermoplastic coating is a functionalized polyethylene copolymer-based powder, Polyarmor® G17 by Innotek®. It is environmentally safe, containing no PVCs, phthalates or chlorine components that can emit VOCs. This superior thermoplastic coating comes in 10 standard colors: Black, Dark Gray, Light Gray, Royal Blue, Sky Blue, Red, Yellow, White, Dark Brown and Hunter Green.
