ProShield Single- and Double-Slider windows offer the appeal of low-maintenance vinyl exteriors and warm wood interiors, in a streamlined appearance. With sash that open smoothly from side to side at the push of a finger, their contemporary design makes them ideal for use anywhere natural light and airflow is desired. 
Custom Wood Interiors Collection® Window interiors are available pre-finished in White to save you valuable time and effort after installation. Natural Pine, Ash or Maple interiors complement floors and furniture. 
Spring-loaded screen systems feature injection-moulded corner keys and offer a choice of a standard, puncture-resistant mesh fiberglass screen cloth or an optional glare-resistant aluminum cloth.
Complement the style of your home or add your own distinctive look with optional Simulated Divided Lite (SDL), aluminum airspace or snap-in wood perimeter grilles featuring a "frame" design using concealed pins to snap them securely in place for superior strength compared to stick grilles found on other window brands. 
Both sash on ProShield sliders can be easily removed from the inside the room to make cleaning less of a chore.Sash pulls in the side stiles provide ease of use and a cleaner look inside. Surface-mounted sash locks at the meeting stiles provide peace of mind and are available in standard Goldtone and optional White. 
ProShield slider windows feature full vinyl bulb weather stripping at the meeting stile and sash rails. The sill track, head and side jambs use pile weather stripping with a Mylar fin.
Fusion-welded exterior frame and sash corners provide improved strength, structural stability and better resistance to water and air infiltration. Mitered corners offer a more sophisticated look than vinyl window exteriors that feature square-offs and corner cuts.
Built-in accessory channels on the exterior allow you to conveniently apply ProShield's snap-in exterior finishing accessories such as mull covers, J-channel and brick mould with integral J-channel.
Accentials Distinctive Colors & Finishes Low-maintenance vinyl-clad exteriors feature uPVC vinyl extrusions with high-impact modified stabilizers that offer strength and durability over regular vinyl. White, Cameo and Tan extrusion colors are specially formulated for consistency throughout the extrusion that helps make nicks and scratches that may occur over time less visible to the eye. 
Standard double-strength glass offers improved structural integrity. Glazing options include Insul Low E2 with Argon/Krypton gases, Insul Low E2 with Argon gas, Insul Low E2 or Insul. Specialty glass options include Tempered, Gray, Bronze and Obscure. Weather Shield Manufacturing Co. |
