Functional Features and Benefits

• Complete modularity with fully replaceable and interchangeable parts to simplify maintenance.
• Enhanced acoustical characteristics are achieved through the use of minimal cushion thickness of open-cell polyurethane foam.
• Seat and back cushions are replaceable as a whole or covers may be changed without the need of dismounting the chair or reupholstering.
• Automatic tip-up seat mechanism consists of an extremely quiet, double, sidemounted nylon ball-and-socket hinge, requiring no lubrication. (tested to 120,000 cycles).
• The chair is mounted between shared cast aluminum standards. The base can be manufactured to accommodate any slope. Rows are formed by joining the seat backs and the shared arms together to provide a rigid, stable structure that reinforces the floor anchorage.
• A nylon spacer is incorporated in the frame of the chair to offer a range of center to center dimensions that are universally sized components to avoid the necessity of multiple size replacement parts. The spacer system allows for curved rows. Wood armrests provide a luxurious look and feel.
• All metal components are finished in a durable electrostatic powder epoxy.
• Passes California Technical Bulletin 133 when upholstered in approved fabric.
