- Primary PDM serves as a main module linking with up to 4 secondary PDMs, each controlling up to 5 FFUs and 5 lights. Systems with more than 4 secondary PDMs require a booster PDM.
- Primary PDM includes step-down transformer for low-voltage connection to control panel, filter replacement alarm, emergency LED with built-in battery, and operation status indicator LEDs.
- Industrial control panel is UL listed for compliance with OSHA and local AHJ (Authorities Having Jurisdiction).
- Includes relays and circuit breakers for overload protection of all connected devices, and quick-connect fittings for lights and FFUs.
- To estimate power usage, simply total current load of all Fan/Filter Units and Lights connected to each Power Distribution Module.
- Accommodates Night Service Switches for energy saving mode to save ~25% of FFU operating costs during off-hours. Order NS control panel separately.
- Tier System:
- Tier system allows smart monitoring and control of cleanroom.
- Only compatible with electronically commutated (EC) FFUs. Not compatible with alternating current (AC) FFUs.
- Quick-Connect with Master PDM:
- Quick-connect cables link to Master PDM; main panel board that distributes power to up to 10 PDMs.
- Industrial twist-lock plugs and receptacles allow for speedy installation, and prevent accidental disconnects. Provides instant, safe, and secure power connection to all PDMs.
- Note: quick-connect cable length is assumed at 25ft. Customization required for length over 25ft.
