Security Revolving Door Systems

Series 9100 & 9200 ControlFlow 1 and 2-Way Security

Horton Automatics security revolving doors are versatile to handle standard to high-security applications. Each is designed to detect, prevent, and control/contain unauthorized entrance into secure areas and zones. Available security options include bullet-resistant glass (up to level 3), anti-piggyback, anti-tailgate and matless configurations.

Ballistic Protection - UL Level Ratings

Security levels for bullet-resistant systems have been established by UL (Underwriters Laboratory), the primary testing organization for materials used in these systems. Each level has been tested and found effective at stopping certain types of projectiles, ones most typically employed during an armed robbery.

Specification Details, General Installation, & Operation

Security

Horton’s security revolving door systems include one and two-way secure access. The one-way is ideal for transporting pedestrians from secure to non-secure areas in applications such as airports. The two-way is ideal for controlled access such as pharmaceutical labs. Both systems free up security resources eliminating the need for manned stations.

Early Warning Detection System - Security Upgrade for One-Way Security Revolving Doors

An added layer of protection against unauthorized pedestrians attempting to breach a security exit

The Early Warning Detection (EWD) System from Horton diminishes the threat of unauthorized pedestrians approaching the unsecured side of a oneway exit lane in an attempt to access the restricted space or toss an object into the revolving door. By increasing the distance and time required to breach a one-way security exit, the advanced design of this add-on security device detects, prevents and contains pedestrians with malicious intentions.
